With the use of specialised breathing techniques and yoga poses, mums-to-be are able to stay active in a safe environment while gaining knowledge on how yoga can be used throughout pregnancy and birth to help calm the mind and strengthen the body for labour. Mums & babies post natal yoga is specifically designed for mums to get back into their bodies after birth, while being able to spend quality time with babies in an open and safe environment. Post natal yoga aids in the knitting back together of the inner core, firming up the pelvic floor and releasing some of the tension in the body built up during pregnancy and after birth. Babies are included in the practice and time is dedicated to activities aiding in their early development. Suitable from 6 weeks after birth, with your doctor's consent.
