Namaste

I'm Simone, a Vinyasa Flow and Pre & Post Natal yoga teacher based in London. Having had a personal practice for many years, becoming a yoga teacher has been an incredible next step along this journey.

As a teacher its brings me a huge amount of joy to watch my students progress within their own practices. It makes me incredibly happy to see a student come into their bodies and realise their potential to grow and change within themselves through yoga.

Vinyasa: To place | In a special way

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga where postures are linked together through a constant flow of movement and breath. There is a gradual progression through a flowing sequence of poses linked to a steady inhale and exhale that allows the student to find a union between breath and movement. Vinyasa classes are generally dynamic in nature and are hugely beneficial for flexibility, strength and core stability while relieving stress and anxiety. Pregnancy yoga is an amazing way to prepare the body and mind for birth. Breath work is linked to a range of specially tailored yoga sequences that will help relax, tone, strengthen and prepare the body for labour. Pregnancy yoga classes are specifically designed to allow you to move, stretch and stay active in a supportive and safe environment for you and your baby. Mums & Babies


Mums & babies classes are designed to allow Mums to be able to connect with their babies in a very open and welcoming space while using post natal yoga sequences to tone and tighten up the core, exercise and activate the pelvic floor area and enjoy getting back into a healthy body and mind routine. These sessions are also very interactive for mums & babies and sequencing and activities are tailored to babies being a part of your yoga practice as well as including exercises to stimulate babies in their early development. Mums & Toddlers


This class is specifically for Mums with older babies who would like to focus more on themselves and their yoga practice but still have a safe space and environment where babies and toddlers are welcome. This is an amazing stepping stone from Mums & Babies Yoga to bringing you closer to your own regular and established yoga practice. Sequencing of classes is Vinyasa Flow in nature and beginners are welcome.
